1. Booking Confirmation & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit or written B2B voucher. Final balance must be settled prior to guest arrival unless accredited credit terms are pre-approved.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus nominal administrative processing fee (10%).
• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation retention.
• Less than 15 days or No-Show: 100% cancellation retention.
• Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 05): Bookings during super peak dates are non-refundable and non-amendable.

3. Weather & Force Majeure

Water sports, sea diving, and open boat cruises are contingent upon safe weather and port authority clearances. In the event of rough sea closures, alternative sightseeing or refunds for unutilized activities will be provided.
